I do try to return messages within one business day (M-Th, 11 am - 6:40 pm), though it may occasionally take longer.
A prerequisite for the success of therapy is a strong alliance between the client and the therapist. Our free 30-minute phone consultation will be the opportunity for the both of us to ask questions and see if we may be a good fit. If not, i will attempt to get you connected with another therapist who may be a better match for you.
